- Fastest Sculpting: 3 Business Days (No Proofing) (+$19.00)
Note: The expected dates assume your approval within 24 hours of receiving the proofing email. Delays in approval or modifications may require additional time.

You can view shipping rates on our website. When you click on checkout and select your shipping country, you will be able to automatically estimate the shipping fee.
Return Policy
Style, Size, and Photo Changes
For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once production has started. This includes when molding and shaping have begun. To cancel or change an order at this stage incurs a 40% restocking fee based on the item’s price, as the item is custom-made and cannot be resold as new. This fee covers raw materials, labor, and handling costs.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Current shipping address
- New shipping address
We can update the address until your order leaves our facility.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If you receive the wrong order or any broken items, please contact us with clear photos showing the quality issue. We will provide a full refund. Note that our products undergo strict quality inspections before shipment. For damages caused by force majeure (e.g., weather, transportation issues), we will negotiate a partial refund.
Cancellations
For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, cancellation or changes after production has started incurs a 40% restocking fee, as noted above.
If the wrong item(s) was sent or if you received broken items, please contact us with clear photos of the issues for a refund or exchange.
Subjectivity in Sculpting
Sculpting is a subjective process, especially for human subjects, as it is an art form. The quality of the provided photographs is crucial for achieving a good likeness. Even with high-quality photos, opinions on resemblance may vary. Our specially trained artists will strive to create a strong likeness.
Return Conditions
We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for reasons outside of those specified above, as all products are personalized and require significant craftsmanship.
Exclusions from Return/Exchange Policy:
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Personal reasons such as change of mind or personal taste.
- Personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Refund Processing
Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product. Your bank statement will reflect the change within 7-10 business days.
